The Slovenian Forestry Institute is looking for ambitious candidates for young researchers that will start their doctoral training programs with their selected supervisor in 2025.
The research areas:
- Intra-annual agreement and synchrony between woody carbon sequestration and eddy covariance estimates of net ecosystem productivity in a heterogeneous open woodland ecosystem
- Use of plant growth promoting microorganisms in forestry
- Forest hydrology
- Monitoring of forest quarantine pests
The Slovenian Forestry Institute reserves the right to select up to three candidates for Young Researchers in 2025.
